01 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To access and use the JL4 platform, you must satisfy the eligibility conditions listed here. If you do not meet any of these requirements, JL4 reserves the right to close your account at any time.

• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines to register on jl4.skin.
• Your JL4 account must be linked to an active mobile number that is registered under your own name.
• Only one account per player is allowed on JL4. Make sure you don't register multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Make sure every detail you provide during registration is correct and kept up to date.
• By joining JL4, you confirm that you are of sound mind and are signing up on your own free will.

Submitting false information during registration counts as a direct breach of our Terms and Conditions. If this happens, the related account may be closed without prior notice, and JL4 has the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.

02 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your JL4 account. Anything that happens with your login details, password, or account activity falls on you.

• Never share your password with anyone, not even with people you trust.
• Always log out after signing in on an unfamiliar or public device.
• As part of the JL4 account terms, if you notice any unauthorized or suspicious activity in your account, report it to our support team right away so we can look into it.
• Handing over, selling, or transferring your account to another person is completely forbidden at all times.
• Any change to the details of your account should be arranged with our support team so everything stays updated and secure.

JL4 regularly monitors how each account is being used. If we detect something unusual, we may temporarily suspend the account and start an investigation. We will need your full cooperation during this period, and if the review clears you, the account will be reactivated normally.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All money movements on JL4 are processed through secure and transparent channels. You can make deposits and withdrawals using the supported payment options available in the app. Always use the latest account details for each transaction and never save old banking information to keep things smooth.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: The minimum deposit amount for a top-up is always shown in the JL4 app, so check the latest rate before you transact.
• Deposits must come only from your own registered mobile banking account or e-wallet, and never from another person's account.
• Funding your account through a third party is strictly not allowed.
• Right after your deposit goes through, the credited amount normally shows up in your JL4 account within 5 to 10 minutes.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals are only allowed once your account has been successfully verified.
• In most cases, the withdrawal request is completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Up to ₱500,000 per account, per day.
• Withdrawals from your bonus balance will only be released once the wagering requirements have been fully met.

JL4 never imposes extra charges on deposits, in any case. Your mobile banking provider, however, may charge its own service fees, and JL4 cannot be held responsible for those.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Here on jl4.skin, JL4 runs a good number of bonuses and promo offers for its members. Every promo has its own set of rules, and you can read the full details on the page of that specific offer. Still, a few general conditions apply across all rewards, so it pays to give the terms a quick read before claiming anything.

• Welcome Bonus New members can enjoy a 100% match bonus on their very first deposit. To make that bonus withdrawable, you have to meet a wagering requirement of at least 15 times the original deposit amount.
• Reload Bonus Existing members can pick up a weekly reload bonus on top of their next deposit. This one comes with a lower turnover requirement, set at 10 times the credited amount.
• Cashback Each week, JL4 gives back a set percentage of your net losses as cashback. The good news is the cashback is treated as withdrawable funds, so you can send it straight to your wallet once it lands in your account.
• JL4 keeps your bonus balance completely separate from your real-money balance, so you can always see which portion of your funds is still tied up in an active promo.
• Most bonuses stay valid for seven (7) days from the moment they are credited. Once that period ends, whatever part of the bonus is still unplayed or unused will simply expire.
• You can only run one active bonus at a time. If you still have an ongoing promo, you won't be able to claim another offer until the current one is settled.

05 Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are generated completely at random. No player, staff member, or outside party can influence the result of any round, so every spin and deal stays fair.
• If your internet cuts out in the middle of a game, the system will still settle your bet automatically based on the actual game outcome. There is no need to refresh or guess; the result will just be recorded on your account.
• Should a game be cancelled before it finishes for whatever reason, the bet you placed will be refunded straight back to your JL4 account.
• For any dispute concerning a game result, JL4's official system logs will be treated as the final evidence. We rely on these records to settle questions fairly and accurately.
• JL4 is not responsible for any loss caused by unstable internet connections, signal drops, or device issues on your end. Please play on a stable connection to avoid interrupted sessions.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. You will find the allowed range displayed on the game screen before you place a wager, so you can plan your budget accordingly.

JL4 holds the right to update, adjust, or replace game rules, payout rates, and game structures whenever necessary. Whenever possible, we post a notice on the platform before these changes take effect.

06 Prohibited Activities

JL4 applies a zero-tolerance policy to the behaviors listed below. If a member is caught doing any of these, their account will be closed permanently and any remaining balance will be confiscated without further notice.

• Registering or keeping more than one active account on JL4 is prohibited.
• Using a false identity or presenting fake documents is a serious violation.
• Playing games through bots or any automated software is not allowed.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the game system is strictly banned.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity is forbidden.
• Harassing or threatening fellow players will never be accepted.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage is not permitted.
• Assisting anyone below 21 years of age to open an account is against the rules.
• Selling or transferring your account to someone else is not allowed.
• Making deposits using third-party funds or someone else's payment details is prohibited.

• If you ever want to review or update your details, simply contact our support team and they will assist you.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

There are times when JL4 may need to suspend your account temporarily or close it permanently. We never take this decision lightly, and we always try to act fairly, with reasonable grounds and with proper notice wherever possible. The list below covers the common situations where we may restrict access to your JL4 account on the app or website.

• If you break any rule, term, or condition found in these Terms and Conditions, or in any of our official platform policies.
• If you do not cooperate with our identity verification and account security checks when asked to do so.
• If your account has been inactive for a long time, specifically twelve (12) months or more without any login or transaction activity.
• If we uncover clear evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity on your account or in connection with our offers and promotions.
• When it is required by law or by a regulatory directive.

You may also request to close your account anytime. If you do, any valid balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) can still be withdrawn. You can send this request through the JL4 app or the website, whichever works best for you.

09 Limits of Liability

JL4 will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Gaming interruptions caused by unstable or lost internet connections.
• Any damage or loss caused by issues with your device or software.
• Delays or failures involving third-party payment service providers.
• Inconvenience caused by unexpected technical glitches.
• Force majeure situations such as natural calamities, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

That said, JL4 always makes an effort to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible and treat players fairly. Should any dispute arise, the decision of our support team will be considered final.

10 Amendments to These Terms

JL4 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For important changes, we will typically do the following:

• Post a clear announcement on the platform.
• Send a notification to the email address or phone number you registered with.
• Give you at least seven (7) days' notice before the updated terms take effect.

If you continue using the platform after the changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with them, you may request to close your account.
